Primary and Secondary Medical Diagnoses for Mr. M

The case scenario shows Mr. M has Alzheimer’s disease (AD). This stems from high BP, overweight, hypertension, unsteady gait, aggression, agitation, memory loss, and hypercholesterolemia.
