For this week’s discussion, I will focus on embracing new technologies to do work and enumerating small successes as a basis for supporting staff.  In our modern existence, technology is at the core of any forward-looking organization. Moreover, following technological advancements in nursing, there are gaps due to nursing skills and knowledge (Krau, 2015). In addition, the Institute of Medicine (10M) underpin the use of technology in nursing, which recommends that healthcare institutions implement innovative applications such as technology to help nurses provide improved care.
