In nursing practice, leadership plays an important role in motivating and enabling nurses to deliver quality care (Barkhordari-Sharifabad, Ashktorab & Atashzadeh-Shoorideh, 2017). Moreover, leadership requires ethics to create an ethical workplace to meet patient outcomes and job satisfaction.
